Place your order before 3:00 p.m. Monday to Friday for same-day dispatch.
Orders placed later, at weekends or on holidays are dispatched the next working day.

DPD orders placed before 3:00 p.m. Monday to Friday are shipped the same day.
Saturday delivery is available in urban areas only. There are no deliveries on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
We aim to meet the stated delivery times, but orders can take a little longer during busy periods such as Christmas, Easter and Black Friday.
Force majeure events, including extreme weather, can temporarily affect cut-off or delivery times. We will always work to minimise any disruption.
If a parcel must be redelivered because of an incorrect address, invalid or missing Eircode, incorrect phone number, or nobody being available to sign for it, a €5 redelivery charge applies to cover freight, shipping and handling.
If an item cannot be dispatched because it is out of stock, we will contact you about another flavour or replacement. Alternatively, we will ship the available products and refund the unavailable items.
We cannot be held liable for lost or stolen parcels resulting from specific delivery instructions left directly with the carrier.
